How the business works

1

We do the marketing.

Business buyers in your territory who already want to buy book a call on your calendar. One advisor per territory. We run the ads, and we pay for them.

2

You take a 30-minute call.

Our word-for-word script. The buyer's budget and notes are on your screen before the call. You ask a few questions and send the agreement. On average, 2 in 10 sign.

3

You get paid three times.

A $10,000 retainer the day they sign. A success fee at closing, from $20,000 to six figures. A referral fee when the bank funds the deal. 100% yours.

You sell. We fulfil.

Once a client signs, our team, your VA and our AI agents do the client work. You take the calls and lead the conversations.

  • We run and pay for the ads, the funnel and the calendar
  • We recruit your VA and hand you the AI agents for fulfilment
  • You take the calls, sign the clients, lead the conversations
  • We make money when you do: the set-up fee covers the build, we earn when you re-order calls, keep running on our platform, and bring us deals we can invest in or roll up

Advisory deals

Every one of these buyers had a deal maker on their side.

This is the job. Find the buyer, find the business, walk it to close.

Founder, Acquisitions.com

Moran Pober

Moran Pober

We've been running Acquisitions.com for over 10 years. We've advised on $1B+ in small business transactions and supported hundreds of deals in every sector you can think of. Along the way I built an eight-figure advisory business introducing buyers to sellers, then wrote the process down and built the software that runs it.

Today our focus is investing in and supporting the operations of roll-ups. I built and sold Rollups.com, and we want more deal flow. So we've opened our playbooks: a small number of advisors learn how we did what we did over the last 10 years and work under the Acquisitions.com brand. They make good money as deal makers, and we see more deals before anyone else.

Featured in Forbes, CNBC, USA Today and Entrepreneur.

"I can't do every deal in this market. With deal makers under the Acquisitions.com roof, I can focus on advising and investing in more roll-ups on the back end."

Since 2006

In business since 2006, and documenting it on YouTube since 2016. This is the first video. 1,400 videos later, we still invest in, advise, buy, merge and roll up businesses every month.

Questions

You've got questions. We've got answers.

What do you do, and what do I do?

We build and run the ads, the funnel and the calendar, so buyers book calls with you. You take the calls, sign the clients and lead the conversations. Your AI agents and your VA, working from our SOPs, do the heavy lifting on the client work. We give you the tools, the training and the support.

How do I get paid?

Three times on one client. A $10,000 retainer when they sign, then on average a $10,000 success fee when their deal closes, and a $10,000 referral fee when the bank funds it. That is about $30,000 per client whose deal closes. The success fee is a percentage of the deal, so a large closing pays far more.

Do I need experience in M&A or finance?

No. You need to be good with people and good at following a process: our SOPs and our scripts. The software and AI do the analysis, the reports and the offer drafts. We train and certify you before you take your first call.

Do I need a broker license?

In most cases, no. You work as a buy-side advisor. Your client pays you a retainer and a success fee under our advisory agreements, which are built so you are not acting as a broker. Rules differ by state and by deal type, so we confirm your approved role with you during certification, before you start.

How much does it cost?

One program fee. The ads and your VA are paid by us, so there is no ad budget on top. We walk you through the exact number on the workshop, and the start-today terms are given there only. Pay in full or spread it over 6 to 36 months with our financing partners.

Can I do this part time?

Yes. Plan for about 2 hours a day, 40 to 50 hours a month. Most of that is 30-minute calls with buyers. You can run it as a side business alongside your job or your business.

Is this real estate?

No. You advise people buying businesses: plumbing companies, agencies, manufacturers, e-commerce brands, clinics. The deals are bigger than most houses and there is almost no competition on the buyer's side.

What do I do next?

You're here to launch your own M&A sales business, correct?

We launch and run the whole operation: ads, funnel, calendar, AI agents, VAs, platform and team. You bring the hours and the conversations with buyers and owners.

Do you already talk to business owners or buyers in your work?

You'll represent the Acquisitions.com brand with buyers, owners and investors. We give you the script and the training; the conversation is yours.

How much could you put into launching your practice in the next 30 days?

The brand, ads, funnel, platform, team and AI are ours; the business is yours. We go through the numbers on the workshop.
